# Tessera Cloudscape Tessera Cloudscape carpet tiles are polyamide patterned tiles built for commercial spaces. Each tile is 500mm square and 7.2mm thick, stuck down to create a floor you can replace section by section as wear appears. The pattern absorbs sound at 25dB, so they work well in open offices and busy retail areas where noise matters. All Tessera Cloudscape tiles carry a 10-year commercial warranty. They are castor chair approved, meaning office chairs roll freely without snagging. Unlike some carpets, they are not waterproof, so keep them away from kitchens and wet rooms. ## Colour options to suit your space Grey dominates the range with nine shades to choose from, offering neutral tones that blend into most interiors. Blue, beige, black and green options add accent or depth. The patterned surface works across all colours, creating visual interest without bold motifs. Pick one shade throughout, or mix complementary tiles to zone different areas. ## Choosing between tiles The range is uniform in spec. Every tile is 500mm square, 7.2mm thick, and uses glue-down fitting. Sound insulation, thickness and castor chair approval are consistent across all products. Your choice hinges on colour. Select grey for neutral calm, blue for cooler tones, or black for high-contrast modern spaces. ## Fitting and care These tiles go down with adhesive and stay put. Glue-down fixing means individual tiles can be lifted and re-glued if a section wears heavily or stains set in. There is no need to replace the entire floor. Keep them dry; standing water and wet conditions damage polyamide. A regular vacuum and spot clean with mild soap keep them looking fresh. ## Why Forbo Forbo is a leading maker of commercial carpet tiles, and [Forbo Carpet Tiles](https://flooringking.co.uk/carpet-tiles/forbo-carpet-tiles/) perform in high-traffic areas day after day.
