## Description

Altro Xpresslay Skyline is a medium-tone green speckled sheet vinyl that brings safety and durability to any wet or high-traffic room. The R10 anti-slip rating keeps it secure underfoot, whilst the waterproof surface makes it an ideal fit for kitchens, bathrooms, WCs and commercial settings. You get a real-world alternative to [Altro Vinyl Flooring](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/altro-vinyl-flooring) that prioritises grip and protection without fuss.

The loose-lay installation means you can fit it fast and without adhesive, sitting it flat over your existing subfloor. No underlay is needed. The 2.2mm thickness balances a practical feel underfoot with easy handling, and the PVC backing gives it stability and lasting shape. It works with underfloor heating too, so you can layer warmth underneath without worry.

Skyline keeps its looks with minimal upkeep. A quick sweep and damp mop are all it takes to maintain that green finish, and the waterproof core blocks moisture from seeping through. Sound insulation sits at 7dB, so it dampens the echo of a busy household.
