## Description

Tessera Create Space 1 in Sunstone 1822 is a medium brown carpet tile built for commercial work. The loop pile sits at 500g/m2 and stays put under rolling chairs. It's a glue-down tile, so you fix it straight to the subfloor without fuss.

The pattern finish gives visual interest without drawing the eye. At 25dB sound insulation, it keeps office chatter and movement noise down. Low light reflectance (LRV 19) means the colour reads warm and anchors the space rather than bouncing light around.

### Specifications

Forbo backs this tile with a 10-year commercial warranty, which covers you on hard-wearing sites.

Glue the tiles down to a clean, flat subfloor. They're designed for commercial settings where foot traffic runs high and furniture rolls in and out daily. Office fit-outs, meeting spaces and breakout areas all suit Sunstone 1822. It's not waterproof, so keep it out of kitchens and wet rooms.

Vacuum regularly and spot-clean spills fast. The loop construction resists crushing and holds its look even under desk legs. A practical choice for spaces where durability matters more than showiness.
