## Description

Polyflor Forest FX in Mahogany 3360 is a dark wood-effect plank vinyl that brings real wood looks to kitchens, bathrooms and commercial spaces without the maintenance. The deep mahogany tone suits any colour scheme and works well in high-traffic rooms where you need floors that can take real use and keep their looks.

### What's in the pack

- Roll length 20 metres, width 2 metres
- Thickness 2mm with 0.7mm wear layer
- Waterproof PVC backing
- Sound insulation 19dB

The wear layer is tough enough for commercial settings. Use Classification 23, 34 and 43 means this vinyl handles everything from offices to kitchens to public spaces. An R10 anti-slip rating keeps it safe underfoot, even when wet, making it ideal for bathrooms and washrooms.

### Where it works

Bathrooms, kitchens, offices, WC areas and retail or commercial environments all suit this flooring. Sheet Vinyl Flooring like this is quick to fit and simple to clean. For projects in busy commercial settings, Polyflor's Commercial Vinyl Flooring range offers the hard-wearing performance you need.

### Installing it

Mahogany 3360 uses glue-down installation. The vinyl works with underfloor heating systems, so you can add warmth without fuss. No underlay is required, which keeps the job straightforward.

### Care and warranty

Waterproof throughout, this flooring resists spills and moisture without warping or swelling. A quick sweep and mop keeps it fresh. Polyflor backs it with a 10-year commercial warranty, giving you genuine peace of mind in active spaces.
