The PVC backing is tough and the material is fully waterproof, so spills and splashes don't seep through. Water sits on top; you wipe and move on. Bathrooms and WCs handle moisture without fuss, and even commercial kitchens where floor washing is routine will take it in stride.

Care is simple. Sweep or vacuum regularly to lift dust and debris, then mop with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive pads that can dull the finish. The 10-year commercial warranty backs the product, so you're covered against wear-through and faults.

[Sheet Vinyl Flooring](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/vinyl-flooring) like Nero Oak works across busy homes and commercial spaces alike. It's a dark, practical choice that keeps safety first without sacrificing style.
