## Description

Lake House Oak brings a warm, medium oak plank look to any room without the upkeep of real wood. This luxury vinyl sheet from [Polyflor Architex](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/polyflor-architex) is fully waterproof, so it handles spills, splashes and steam with ease. The plank effect sits on a cushioned PVC backing that feels soft underfoot and adds a layer of sound insulation.

The [Cushioned Vinyl Flooring](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/cushion-vinyl) has an R10 anti-slip rating, which means it stays safe even when wet. Fit it loose-lay, with no adhesive needed, making it quick to lay and simple to adjust if needed. The 0.35mm wear layer protects the printed pattern from everyday scuffs and marks.
