## Description

Warm Concrete 9855 brings a modern, understated look to your space. The grey stone effect has a natural finish that works in contemporary kitchens, bathrooms and busy hallways. You get the look of aged concrete without the staining, cold feel or maintenance hassle.

[Polyflor Expona Flow](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/polyflor-expona-flow) is a commercial-grade [sheet vinyl flooring](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/vinyl-flooring) built to handle heavy footfall and moisture. The R10 anti-slip rating keeps you safe on wet surfaces, making it ideal for kitchens, bathrooms and WCs where safety matters. It sits between domestic and heavy-duty use, so it suits family homes, offices and retail settings alike.

### Specifications

- 2mm total thickness with 0.7mm wear layer
- Stone effect, medium grey shade (LRV 25)
- 2m roll width, 20m roll length
- 8dB sound insulation
- PVC backing
- Use Classification 23, 34, 43 (domestic and commercial)

The vinyl is fully waterproof and stands up to splashes, spills and steam. Heat doesn't worry it either, so it works with underfloor heating systems and warm kitchens. No underlay is needed, which speeds up fitting and reduces cost.

### Installation and care

Warm Concrete 9855 is glued down to a prepared subfloor. Fitting is straightforward with no special techniques. Once laid, it needs only regular sweeping and damp mopping to stay clean. The wear layer resists scuffs and marks, so it looks fresh for years in even the busiest rooms.

Polyflor backs this floor with a 10-year commercial warranty, covering wear, staining and defects in normal use. That confidence reflects the product's build quality and real-world toughness.
