## Description

Oxidized Rock brings a dark stone aesthetic to any room without the weight or upkeep of real tile. This click LVT from the Quick-Step Alpha Oro Base range sits flat and stays level, with a bevelled edge that adds subtle definition to the floor.

The muted charcoal tone works in kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and living spaces where you need something hard-wearing and easy to clean. Water sits on the surface, not in it, so spills wipe up in seconds. Underfloor heating won't harm it, and the 18dB sound insulation keeps noise down as you move about.

### Specifications

- Dimensions: 303mm wide by 610mm long
- Thickness: 4mm overall, 0.55mm wear layer
- Coverage: 2.772 m2 per pack (15 tiles)
- Weight: 18.19kg per pack

The 0.55mm wear layer handles Class 33 use, so it stands up to busy family homes, offices and light commercial settings. A 5-year commercial warranty backs it in those tougher spaces.

### Where it works

Bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms, bedrooms, hallways and living areas all suit this tile. Its waterproof nature makes it at home in any damp-prone zone. The [Quick-Step Alpha Oro Base LVT](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/quickstep-alpha-oro-base-lvt) range holds other colours and finishes if you want to explore the collection.

### Installation

Click together over an underlay. The system works with underfloor heating, so warm floors won't warp or lift the tile. Fit it on concrete, timber or most prepared subfloors in good condition.

### Care and warranty

A vacuum and damp mop keep it looking fresh. For tougher marks, use a soft cloth with warm soapy water. Quick-Step backs this tile with a lifetime residential warranty, plus 5 years in commercial use, so your investment is covered.
