### Where it works

[Commercial Carpet Tiles](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/commercial-carpet-tiles) like this suit offices, call centres, retail shops and reception areas. The black shade works well in modern, minimalist schemes or as a neutral base that lets furniture and decor take focus. You can also lay [The Floor Hub carpet tiles](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/the-floor-hub) in exhibition spaces or event venues where you need a tough, easy-to-replace floor.

### Installation

Dahlia Floret tiles come with a bitumen backing and glue down. They're compatible with underfloor heating, so you can install them over warm floors without worry. Each pack covers 5m2 and contains 20 tiles, making it simple to calculate coverage for larger areas.

### Looking after it

Black carpet masks dirt and is straightforward to keep clean. Vacuum weekly to lift dust and debris, and spot-clean spills with a damp cloth. The nylon pile resists stains and fades gradually rather than suddenly. You get a 10-year commercial warranty, so if the pile wears down unevenly or the backing fails, you're covered.
