## Description

The Floor Hub Dahlia in Petal is a medium grey, loop-pile carpet tile made for busy commercial settings. The plain, neutral shade works in open-plan offices, meeting rooms and high-traffic corridors where a professional look matters and hard wear is the norm.

At 500mm square, these tiles lay quickly and let you replace worn sections without ripping up the whole floor. Nylon pile resists staining and foot traffic. The loop construction adds grip underfoot and hides footprints well.

### Specifications

- Size: 500mm x 500mm
- Pile: Loop, 3mm height
- Total thickness: 6mm
- Pile weight: 4340g/m2
- Backing: Bitumen
- Material: Nylon
- Tiles per pack: 20
- Use classification: 33 (heavy commercial)
- Sound insulation: 21dB

Each pack covers 5m2. The bitumen backing keeps tiles locked in place and adds acoustic absorption, useful in offices where noise control matters. Pile weight of 4340g/m2 means solid, durable fibre that holds up to daily foot traffic.

### Where it works

Built for offices, receptions, meeting spaces and any commercial setting with high footfall. The classification 33 rating confirms its suitability for demanding environments. Carpet tiles are ideal for quick replacement of stained or worn sections. Both [Carpet Tiles](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/carpet-tiles) and [Commercial Carpet Tiles](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/commercial-carpet-tiles) benefit from the modular approach when maintenance is a priority.

### Installation

Lay tiles loose-lay or glue them down, depending on your floor type and preference. The backing grips subfloors firmly even without adhesive. Underfloor heating compatible, so you can use them over warm floors without damage.

### Looking after it

Vacuum regularly to lift dust and debris from the pile. Spot-clean spills at once with a damp cloth. For heavier soiling, steam cleaning works well on nylon. A 10-year commercial warranty covers defects and wear under normal use in commercial settings.
