## Description

The Floor Hub Dahlia Stem brings a striped texture to commercial and office spaces. The beige and brown palette works in medium to dark tones, mixing warm neutrals that hide traffic marks and suit varied decor schemes. You get the look of a patterned floor without heavy pattern matching or seaming fuss.

These are loop-pile carpet tiles built for daily wear. The 3mm pile sits on a 6mm total thickness with a 4340g/m2 pile weight, delivering solid durability underfoot. A bitumen backing keeps them stable and flat. Each 500 x 500mm tile clicks into place without adhesive mess, and you can lift and replace individual tiles if one takes damage.

These tiles suit offices, commercial breakout spaces and high-traffic areas. The use classification of 33 confirms they handle moderate to heavy commercial footfall. Sound insulation at 21dB helps dampen noise in open-plan settings. Compatible with underfloor heating systems, so you can warm concrete subfloors without ripping out the carpet.

[Commercial Carpet Tiles](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/commercial-carpet-tiles) like these sidestep the expense of broadloom installs and maintenance headaches. If one tile wears or stains, you replace just that one rather than patching or re-stretching the whole floor. Individual [Carpet Tiles](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/carpet-tiles) also let you rotate pieces to even out wear across the space.

Maintenance is straightforward: regular vacuum and spot-clean spills straight away. The nylon pile resists dirt and the bitumen backing won't curl or shift. Deep clean every 12 to 18 months for offices under steady use. Your 10-year commercial warranty covers defects in wear and backing, giving you peace of mind on a busy-space floor.
