## Description

Fabric Weave - Weave Sateen brings a refined black finish to commercial and office spaces. The subtle loop-pile weave creates visual depth without fuss, whilst bitumen backing keeps tiles locked in place and stable underfoot. This is a floor built to handle foot traffic and the everyday wear of a working environment.

### Specifications

- 500mm x 500mm tiles
- 6mm total thickness
- 3.0mm loop pile
- 4050g/m2 pile weight
- Polyamide, polypropylene and nylon construction
- Bitumen backing
- 20 tiles per pack
- Classification 31 for commercial use

Each pack covers 5 square metres and weighs around 20kg, so ordering and handling are straightforward. The loop pile resists crushing and bounce-back, even where desks, chairs and people gather day after day. Black reads as professional and hides soiling well, which means less frequent cleaning and a floor that looks good longer.

### Where it works

Fabric Weave tiles suit [Carpet Tiles for Offices](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/office-carpet-tiles), call centres, meeting rooms and other commercial spaces that need durability. As a classification 31 product, these tiles handle medium traffic reliably. [Commercial Carpet Tiles](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/commercial-carpet-tiles) like this one fit retrofit situations too, since you can replace worn patches without lifting the whole floor.

### Installation and compatibility

Tiles lay down with standard gluedown or loose-lay methods. They work with underfloor heating systems, so you can add warmth without ripping out the existing layer. Bitumen backing provides slip resistance and keeps tiles seated firmly.

### Looking after it and warranty

Vacuum regularly to lift dust and debris. Spot-clean spills promptly with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The 7-year commercial warranty covers wear and defects under normal office use, giving you confidence in your investment.
