## Description

The Floor Hub Infusion in Chai is a light grey patterned carpet tile that fits the practical demands of any office or commercial space. The subtle pattern sits on a loop pile 2.9mm deep, giving underfoot comfort without showing dirt, whilst the nylon construction keeps it tough enough for constant foot traffic.

These are carpet tiles that take the stress out of installation and maintenance. Individual 500mm x 500mm squares mean you can lay them anywhere and replace worn sections without touching the rest of your floor. The bitumen backing grips firmly in place, and the tiles stay flat even in busy hallways and open-plan offices.

The light grey tone works with most office schemes, from modern glass and steel to traditional wooden furniture. It suits carpet tiles for offices and general commercial carpet tiles alike, and it handles underfloor heating without issue.

### Where it works

These tiles are made for offices, corridors, open-plan spaces and commercial settings where hard wear is daily business. The loop pile resists matting, and the pattern masks soil well between clean sessions. Their replacement-tile format is perfect for areas where you need to swap out damaged sections without disrupting the whole floor.

### Installation

Lay the tiles straight onto a clean, flat subfloor using the bitumen backing for adhesion. The 500mm format makes placement quick and layout flexible. Works with underfloor heating systems.

### Looking after it and warranty

Vacuum regularly and spot-treat spills promptly with warm water and a mild detergent. The nylon pile resists staining. The Floor Hub backs these tiles with a 10-year commercial warranty, giving you confidence in their durability.
