### Installation and heating

Outset tiles work with underfloor heating, so you can fit them over a warm floor without issue. Their modular design means you can lay them individually or in sections, making repairs and replacements straightforward. Choose a tile, slot it in place and move on.

### Looking after it

Regular vacuuming keeps the pile clean and free from dust. Spot-clean spills promptly with a damp cloth. The textured surface resists dirt and staining, ideal for high-traffic zones. The Floor Hub backs these tiles with a 10-year commercial warranty, giving you confidence in their performance over time.
