## Description

Palladium Pearl brings a clean, light cream tone to commercial interiors. The loop pile sits at 3.5mm, creating a subtle striped texture that masks dirt well and keeps its shape through heavy foot traffic. This is a nylon tile built for work, not a home accent piece.

The tile measures 500mm x 500mm, ships 20 per pack, and covers 5 square metres. At 7.2mm thick with a bitumen backing, it sits stable underfoot and won't shift under desk chairs or trolleys. Pile weight of 4500g/m2 gives it real substance. It carries a Classification 33 rating, suited to general commercial use and busy office environments.

What makes carpet tiles work in offices is their modular nature. One damaged tile lifts out and replaces in minutes without tools or fuss. You can mix and match stock colours across your space or shift them as layouts change. Spill something in one corner, deal with it on that tile alone.

[Carpet Tiles for Offices](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/office-carpet-tiles) often come down to practicality, and Palladium Pearl leans hard into that. The light cream keeps spaces bright and professional. The 29dB sound dampening cuts noise in open-plan areas where every footstep counts. Underfloor heating works beneath it, so retrofit systems slot in without hassle.

### Looking after it

Vacuum weekly to lift surface dust. Blot spills straight away and spot-clean with a mild detergent solution. The loop pile resists staining better than cut pile, though it won't hide marks the way darker shades do. Stains on a single tile don't mean replacing the whole floor, just that one unit.

The 10-year commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal office use. It won't cover wear from abrasive grit left on tile edges or deliberate damage, but it gives you real cover for the long term. [Carpet Tiles](https://flooringking.co.uk/category/carpet-tiles) with this backing and pile weight hold up well when laid correctly over a dry, level subfloor.
