Cancellation Period

At Flooring King, we understand the importance of selecting the perfect flooring for your home. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer our customers an extensive 14 Day Returns Period. This aligns with the 14-day window mandated by the Consumer Contracts Regulations, ensuring that you have ample time to assess your chosen products.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is outlined below:

Cancellations In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and our extended terms, customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Please note that we do not accept cancellations for discontinued or bespoke products. This includes items that are specially ordered, custom cut, or tailored to your specifications.

Dispatched Items

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, please contact us immediately by telephone at 0300 303 6069 or via email at We will provide you with a returns form and instructions on how to return the products to Flooring King.

If you cancel an order that has already been dispatched but not yet delivered, we will issue a refund for the order, minus any applicable delivery expenses incurred. If the goods have not been dispatched from our premises, we will promptly process a full refund to the cardholder within 5 working days of receipt of the refund request, provided it does not pertain to a special or bespoke order.


To initiate a return, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods by emailing The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we will inform you of the associated costs before collection, which will be deducted from your refund.

If your order has arrived with damage then please contact the team immediately and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Please note that we do not accept partial returns. We strongly advise you to measure accurately before placing your order. If you have any leftover materials, we recommend retaining them for potential alterations or repairs in the future.


Customers are responsible for all purchased items until they are received at our designated returns address. It is essential to take appropriate measures to ensure the goods are not damaged during transit to prevent any complications.


In compliance with UK law, we will issue refunds to our customers within 14 days of receiving the returned items at our premises. Returned goods must be in a resaleable condition. Flooring King reserves the right to issue a partial refund if the returned items are found to be damaged.
