Before You Request a Return
We are unable to process returns for discontinued products, perishable items or bespoke vinyl/carpet cuts, Accessories & Plywood.
Only the cost of goods will be refunded; delivery charges are non-refundable
Items must arrive at our warehouse in their original packaging, unopened and in resaleable condition. We recommend photographing items before return in the result of damages from your chosen shipping method
All returns must include a completed returns form that will be provided to you via email after you have submitted your return request
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage, please note that the average cost of a double pallet return is £100 - £120

We reccomend using Palletways or UPN as they offer a competitive pricing with a great service.
No, we are unable to process returns for cut pieces of carpet or vinyl due to this being a bespoke cut.
