As seen on Sarah Beeny’s ‘Double Your House for Half the Money’. Our Pale Limed Oak planks feature bleached blonde and honey tones with very realistic colour variation between planks. A very practical neutral flooring option, Pale Limed Oak is available in a wider than usual 36×6″ format.

Knight Tile Wood Effect Flooring
There is a wide choice of Knight Tile wood effect planks in each of the light, mid and dark wood collections. They come in a slim wood plank with a smooth surface and are designed to faithfully replicate the natural timber.
Knight Tile Natural Stone and Slate Effect Floor Tiles
If you are looking for a stone or slate floor but would prefer a warmer surface. Easier maintenance and to avoid chips when the occasional item of crockery is dropped, then our stone effect tiles are perfect.
Each is supplied in 12” by 12” (305mm x 305mm) standard size tiles with either a smooth or lightly textured surface. They range from light cream and beige through to dark grey and black, providing you with plenty of tone choices to suit your look.
Add design strips between tiles or as borders
Karndean Design flooring has a wide range of personalisation options to help you achieve a unique look for your room. Why not try a design strip between tiles for a natural grout effect?
You can also use design strips as borders around the edge of your room or around a key feature. Thinner 3mm and 5mm strips can be used as keyline borders or in combination with wider 10mm, 30mm or 76mm widths to form a tramline design.
