I need to change or cancel my order

Call us on 0300 303 6069 as soon as you can. If it hasn’t been dispatched we can usually change or cancel it on the spot, once it’s on a pallet and out the door we’ll talk you through the options.

My delivery is damaged, what do I do?

Photograph the damage and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll always arrange to put it right with replacement boards. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Do you have a showroom?

No, we operate from an office and warehouse only, so we don’t have a public showroom.

Do you do trade accounts?

All our prices are already trade prices. For larger projects, get in touch and we’ll put together a bespoke quote.
