TLC Massimo is a waterproof LVT that brings real wood and stone looks to your home. All 31 ranges work with underfloor heating and suit kitchens, bathrooms and busy family spaces where moisture matters. You get natural, grey, light, dark, brown and beige finishes across wood planks, herringbone patterns and stone and tile effects.

The range sits at mid-budget pricing and glues straight down with no underlay needed. Every tile has a 0.55mm wear layer and 2.5mm thickness, rated Class 23, 33 and 42 for both homes and light commercial use. A lifetime residential warranty and 15 years of commercial cover back the lot.

Wood planks and herringbone layouts

Most of the range, 15 products, comes as wood planks. You can pick widths of 184.2mm for bold statement boards, 101.6mm for mid-scale proportion, or 76mm for a narrower, busier look. Herringbone is the second main style, with 12 ranges that run the same width options but lock into diagonal V-shaped patterns. Stone and tile effects round out the range with 4 products each, both in 609mm widths for larger-format coverage. Natural finishes dominate across wood styles, while grey runs through most of the herringbone options.

Choosing your edge and colour

Edge detail splits the range. Eighteen ranges have a micro bevel that catches light and adds subtle depth where tiles meet. Thirteen come with square edges for a flatter, more minimal join. Colour choice depends on mood and room. Natural tones work in most homes and pair well with wood plank layouts. Grey suits contemporary kitchens and works across planks and herringbone alike. Light and dark finishes narrow the choice to 5 products each, while single brown and beige options suit those after warm, specific tones. Browse the range by colour filter to narrow down fast.

Waterproofing and heating

Every tile is waterproof, so you can fit it in bathrooms, shower rooms and wet kitchens without risk. Spills wipe clean, and the PVC core won’t swell or cup. All TLC Flooring ranges in TLC Massimo work with underfloor heating, making the install straightforward whether you heat from below or stick with standard finishes. Glue the tiles down and you’re done. No underlay, no fuss.

Durability and warranty

The wear layer keeps it tough for daily life. Scratches and scuffs settle into the background, and regular sweeping keeps it looking new. A lifetime residential warranty covers the PVC core and surface for as long as you own your home. If you run a small commercial space, 15 years of cover applies. The Class 23, 33 and 42 rating confirms it stands up to family life and light trade traffic alike.
