Order from our whole range at our best prices, set by your trade tier, with quantities worked out for you and every order tracked to delivery.
Prices show ex VAT at your tier across the range. Brand, range and product rates take over where they beat it, and volume breaks kick in on big quantities.
Put in the room or the area. The portal adds wastage, rounds up to whole packs or roll cuts, and shows its working.
Tag lines by room, see the trade saving on every basket, and save it against a job. Saved baskets hold today’s prices to the date shown on them.
Follow every order from paid to delivered, download invoices, and reorder a whole job in one go. Bigger jobs can go in as a quote request.

Pay later with iwocaPay
Limited companies can choose iwocaPay at checkout. iwoca pays us in full, and you spread the cost over 3 or 12 months.

The other half of the portal runs your own business: cost each job, quote the customer and pick up fitting work from people buying floors near you.
Measure each room, pick the floor and add fitting, uplift and extras. Every job shows what the customer pays, what it costs you and what you keep.
Turn a job into a quote with your logo, colour and terms. Your customer sees your business, not Flooring King. Download the PDF or email it, then mark it accepted when they say yes.
When our customers want a fitter, nearby jobs land on the leads board. Set your area and floors, and claim one of three places per lead.
Sample job: two rooms and fitting costed line by line. The customer pays £1,248.00 ex VAT, the materials and fitting cost £742.10, and you keep £505.90.
Also in the portal: your team on one account with owner, manager and member roles; updates on orders, quotes and new leads by email or push; and sign-in with passkeys or two-factor authentication.
Brochures with your name on the cover
Upload your logo, pick your colours and choose the floors, then download a print-ready PDF to leave on a home visit or send with a quote. It goes out under your name alone: Flooring King isn’t mentioned anywhere on it, from the cover to the small print, and supplier codes, costs and margins are stripped out too.

Who can apply for a trade account?
Anyone who buys flooring as part of their work, such as fitters, retailers, builders, contractors, developers and designers. One-off jobs, like flooring your own home, won’t benefit from a trade account.
How long does a review take?
We’re opening the portal gradually, so we can’t give a set timeframe. We’ll email you once your request has been reviewed.
Will my request be approved?
Not every request will be approved. Our trade team reviews each one individually.
Who can pay later with iwocaPay?
iwocaPay is offered to limited companies at checkout. iwoca runs a soft credit check, and approval and your limit are up to them.
Can my team use the same account?
Yes. Owners can invite managers and members, and choose whether members see every order and quote or only the ones they placed.
Can I still order while I wait?
Yes. You can order from the main site as normal at any time.
