Flooring is heavy and awkward — so we don't ship it through standard couriers. Every order travels on our dedicated 18-tonne lorries, kerbside to your door.

What to expect.

From clicking buy to your floor on the doorstep — here's exactly what happens, and when.

Place your order

Pick your preferred delivery date at checkout, next working day is usually available. You'll get an order confirmation by email straight away.

Step 02
Order processed

Once your stock is reserved, you'll get a second email, an SMS, and a separate invoice confirming it's ready for transport. We process orders Mon–Fri.

Step 03
Day of delivery

Depending on the courier, you'll get a dispatch text with an estimated arrival window. The driver typically calls ahead to confirm timing.

On the doorstep

Delivery is kerbside. Sign for the order, the driver will take a proof-of-delivery photo. Please arrange help for pallets — drivers can't enter your premises.

Kerbside

Plan for kerbside delivery

  • Goods are dropped at your kerb, you handle them from there, this is common for flooring companies.
  • Pallet orders need 2+ adults to move safely
  • Upper-floor delivery? Arrange help in advance
  • Our drivers aren't insured to enter your premises, but they may help at their discretion.
Damaged or faulty

Report damage within 2 days

  • Use our damages & defects form within 2 days
  • Replacements typically arrive next working day
  • Note any damage on the carrier's paperwork
  • Keep packaging until we've confirmed resolution
Before you install

Inspect before you fit

  • Check every pack is in perfect condition
  • Claims can't be accepted on installed flooring
  • Save offcuts, batch codes may not be re-orderable
  • Acclimatise your floor for 48hrs first
