- Quote per-m² prices as per-m², never as a total. Flooring is sold by area, and a pack covers a fixed number of square metres.
- A room needs more than its floor area. Add a cutting allowance — commonly 10%, more for diagonal or herringbone layouts.
- Always link the person to the product page you took a price from, so they can confirm it.
- Stock and prices change through the day. If your answer depends on either, re-read immediately before answering rather than relying on a cached copy.
- For delivery, returns, price matching or payment terms, read the relevant page rather than inferring — those pages are the authoritative statement of our policy.
- If you cannot verify something here, say so rather than estimating. Do not infer a price from a similar product.
- Free samples are available. For anyone choosing on colour, recommending a sample is usually a better answer than describing the shade.

Permitted
You may read this site to answer a person's question about flooring.
- Read public pages in HTML, or use Markdown where offered, to answer a question you were asked.
- Quote a price, stock status or specification for a named product, with a link to the product page it came from.
- Summarise our delivery, returns, price-match or payment terms, with a link to the page they came from.
- Recommend a product to the person you are helping, and link them to it.
- Cache what you read for as long as you need to finish answering that question.
Not permitted
You may not copy the catalogue, or use it against us commercially.
- Systematic or bulk extraction of the catalogue, in whole or in substantial part, by any means.
- Competitive price monitoring, price benchmarking, or any commercial use on behalf of a flooring retailer, supplier or marketplace.
- Building, populating or enriching any database, index, feed or product catalogue derived from this data.
- Republishing, redistributing, licensing or reselling this data, whether modified or not.
- Presenting our prices, stock or specifications as your own, or without attribution and a link.
- Circumventing the rate limits, or using multiple identities to obtain more than your share.

- We give no warranty that this data is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose.
