Is Nordikka Living waterproof and can I use it in wet rooms?

Yes, Nordikka Living is fully waterproof. Made from PVC, it resists spills and moisture, which makes it ideal for kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms. You can mop up standing water without risk to the floor.

Does Nordikka Living work with underfloor heating?

Yes, all Nordikka Living planks and herringbone tiles work with underfloor heating systems. The 2mm thickness and PVC construction allow heat to pass through, so you can enjoy warm feet in winter.

How do I choose between plank and herringbone in Nordikka Living?

Half the range is plank format and half is herringbone. Planks suit a traditional linear look, whilst herringbone gives a bolder, diagonal pattern. Both come in natural, light, dark and grey tones, so pick based on the style you want in your room.

How is Nordikka Living fitted to my floor?

Nordikka Living uses glue down installation. Your installer spreads adhesive directly onto the subfloor and fixes each plank or tile in place. No underlay is needed and no gaps are left between pieces.

Is Nordikka Living tough enough for a busy family home?

Nordikka Living is rated Class 23, 33 and 42 for durability and wears a 0.3mm protective layer. It resists scratches, scuffs and foot traffic. It also comes with a lifetime residential warranty and 10 year commercial warranty.

What widths does Nordikka Living come in?

The range spans two widths. Half the planks and tiles are 185mm wide, which suits larger rooms and makes a bolder statement. The other half are 115mm, which work better in smaller spaces and give a more detailed look.

Nordikka Living LVT Flooring

Nordikka Living is a mid-range LVT collection that brings wood-look style to kitchens, hallways and any busy room. The range sits within the broader Nordikka LVT family and comes as PVC planks or herringbone tiles, so you can match the look to your home. All products are waterproof, support underfloor heating and need no underlay, which makes them quick and simple to fit.

Nordikka Living suits homes where style meets practicality. Busy household, muddy boots, the lot. The collection is Class 23, 33 and 42 rated, so it holds up to domestic and light commercial use. Each plank or tile sits 2mm thick with a 0.3mm wear layer, and comes with a lifetime household warranty and 10-year commercial cover.

Colours and styles

Natural tones dominate the range, making up seven of the ten designs. Light and dark wood shades give you a second option if you want something warmer or cooler, whilst a single grey tone works well in modern or transitional schemes. Planks measure either 185mm or 115mm wide, so you pick the scale that suits your space. Herringbone formats add visual interest and come in matching colour palettes to the planks.

Plank or herringbone layout

Half the range runs as straight planks, the other half in herringbone pattern. Planks work fast for large open rooms and let the wood grain take centre stage. Herringbone asks for a bit more care but pays back in a richer, more detailed look. Both formats use embossed surface texture to catch light and add depth.

Fitting your Nordikka Living floor

All Nordikka Living products glue down directly to a sound substrate, no underlay needed. They work with underfloor heating too, so warm kitchens and bathrooms stay comfortable underfoot. Square edges sit flush with one another, giving you a neat joint line. The waterproof PVC core means spills wipe clean and moisture won’t swell the planks or tiles, which makes them ideal for kitchens, utility rooms and cloakrooms.
