English Walnut is fully waterproof, so spills and damp won’t penetrate. The embossed surface adds grip and visual depth, whilst the wear layer protects against daily scuffs. No underlay is required, keeping fitting straightforward.

Where it works

This LVT performs well in kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and busy family hallways. Its Class 23, 33 and 42 rating means it handles domestic and light commercial use. If you’re fitting in a kitchen or wet area, the waterproof core is a real advantage over traditional wood.

Installation

English Walnut uses glue-down fixing, which creates a stable, permanent bond to the subfloor. It’s compatible with underfloor heating, so you can warm the floor without worry. Prepare your subfloor as you would for any vinyl, and allow 24 hours for the adhesive to cure before heavy use.

Looking after it

Wipe spills immediately and vacuum or sweep regularly. Occasional damp-mopping keeps the embossed texture clean.
