TLC Flooring offers a range of practical and hard-wearing LVT solutions. All 53 products use PVC material and are waterproof, which means they shrug off spills and damp. Choose from two main ranges: TLC Massimo, which gives you extra durability with a 0.55mm wear layer, and TLC Original for a lighter-duty option. Both fit straight down with glue and work perfectly over underfloor heating.

You’ll find wood-look planks dominate the collection, but there’s also herringbone, stone and tile effects if you want something different. Natural tones lead the way, with grey, dark, light, brown and beige filling out the palette. The wood-look styles split into traditional plank formats and more patterned herringbone layouts.

Choosing between Massimo and Original

TLC Massimo gives you 31 products built for busier spaces. The thicker 2.5mm construction and more robust 0.55mm wear layer mean it handles Class 23, 33 and 42 use. That covers homes, light commercial and general commercial settings. You also get a lifetime warranty on the residential side and 15 years on the commercial warranty, so it’s the tougher pick if your home sees a lot of traffic.

TLC Original spans 22 products in a slimmer 2mm format with a 0.3mm wear layer. It rates Class 23 and 31, which suits homes and light commercial spaces. It carries a 15-year warranty and costs less to buy. Go for Original if your household is small and steady, or if budget matters more than the heaviest-wear guarantee.

Wood and stone effects

The majority of TLC’s range copies wood. You get 35 wood-styled products across both ranges, mostly in plank form. Natural tones dominate, but grey and dark colours give wood-look floors a cool, contemporary edge. Herringbone patterns add visual interest with the same durability; pick from 12 styles that create rhythm underfoot.

If you want to step away from wood, there are 6 stone effects and 6 tile effects. These suit kitchens, bathrooms and utility areas well. Stone and tile make spills even easier to wipe away than wood-look floors.

Width and edge detail

Plank widths vary across the range. Most products come at 184.2mm, which is the standard width for floor plans and visual proportion. Narrower 152mm, 101.6mm and 76mm formats let you create finer grain patterns or adapt to smaller spaces. Wider tiles go to 609mm and 457mm for stone and tile effects.

Edging matters because it shapes how joints read underfoot. Square edges are clean and simple. Micro Bevel and Square Edge formats add subtle detail that catches the light and makes joins less noticeable when light hits them at an angle.

Installation and suitability

All TLC Flooring glues straight to the subfloor. You need no separate underlay, which means faster fixes and lower overall cost. Crucially, every product works with underfloor heating, so you can warm kitchens and bathrooms without worry. The full waterproof rating means bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms are all fair game.
