Is TLC Flooring waterproof?

All TLC Flooring ranges are completely waterproof. This PVC material resists water damage in kitchens, bathrooms and other damp areas. Spills wipe clean, and moisture won’t seep through the surface or cause swelling like wood.

Can I lay TLC Flooring over underfloor heating?

Yes, all 53 products work with underfloor heating. TLC Flooring sits directly over heated subfloors with no underlay needed. It conducts heat well and won’t warp or buckle as temperatures change.

What's the difference between TLC Massimo and TLC Original?

TLC Massimo offers 31 products, mostly thicker at 2.5mm with a 0.55mm wear layer and lifetime warranty, suited to busier homes and commercial use. TLC Original has 22 lines, thinner at 2mm with a 0.3mm wear layer and 15-year warranty, better for lighter traffic or smaller budgets.

What styles does TLC Flooring come in?

Most TLC products mimic wood, split between plank and herringbone patterns. You’ll also find stone and tile looks. Natural shades dominate the range, with grey and dark tones adding contrast. Choose wood for warmth, herringbone for pattern, or stone and tile for a harder aesthetic.

How is TLC Flooring fitted?

All TLC Flooring is glued down to your subfloor. No underlay is required. A fitter spreads adhesive, then presses each plank or tile into place. This method locks them firmly and prevents any movement or noise underfoot.

How durable is TLC Flooring?

It depends on the range. TLC Massimo reaches Class 42, handling heavy commercial use and busy family homes for decades. TLC Original reaches Class 31, suited to standard household traffic. Both come with warranties, either lifetime or 15 years, and the wear layer protects the print from fading.
