The Parador Classic 3060 is engineered, so it sits flat and stable even as your home settles and seasons shift. Oiling brings out the grain and sits lightly on the surface, so the wood can still breathe. That said, oiled floors do mark more easily than sealed ones and ask a bit more care in kitchens and near water.

Click joints mean no glue and no fiddling. The floating system lets the floor move slightly beneath your feet, which most people find more forgiving on the legs than a rigid fix.

Where it works

This flooring suits bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and hallways. Kitchens and utility rooms work too, but keep water spills wiped clean and avoid pooling water. It’s not waterproof, so avoid bathrooms or damp basements. Light commercial settings and offices are fine.

Installation and underfloor heating

Floating installation with click joints. Underlay is required to smooth minor subfloor bumps and help the floor lie flat. Underfloor heating works well with this product, whether water-based or electric, as the 13mm thickness and engineered construction let warmth pass through without stress to the wood.

Looking after it

Sweep or vacuum weekly. Damp mop with a wrung-out cloth and a touch of wood soap or floor cleaner. Oiled wood marks and scratches more visibly than sealed finishes, so expect a patina over time.
