How to Install Palio Rigid
Simple click-lock installation with rigid core stability
Plank
Step 1 – Start Your First Row
Lay your first row, marking and cutting the last plank to size with a 5 mm gap at the wall. Score it with a knife ready to snap.
Step 2 – Score and Snap
Make sure your cut's clean through the surface, then snap the plank along the scored line and slot it in to finish the row.
Step 3 – Click It Together
Angle each new plank into the previous row, clicking the short edges first, then easing the long edge down for a snug fit.
Step 4 – Keep Things Staggered
Stagger your joints, use a mallet and offcut to tap planks tight, and a pull bar for edges. Keep going until your new floor is complete.
