From placing your order to receiving your flooring

Placing Your Order

Select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Next working day delivery is typically available. You'll receive an order confirmation via email.

Before Delivery

Once processed, you'll receive a second confirmation email, SMS, and separate invoice to let you know your stock is ready for transport. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Day of Delivery

Depending on the courier, you may receive a text with dispatch confirmation and an estimated arrival time. The driver will typically call ahead to confirm.

On Delivery

Our driver will deliver your products kerbside. You'll need to sign for the order and a proof of delivery photo will be taken. Drivers are not insured to enter your premises, so please arrange adequate help for pallet deliveries.

Kerbside Delivery & Your Responsibilities

It is the recipient's responsibility to handle the goods from the kerbside. Larger orders will require advance planning and assistance, particularly for upper-floor deliveries. Our drivers are not insured to enter your premises, so please ensure you have adequate help arranged.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • Report any damage or faults within 3 days of delivery via our damages & defects form
  • Replacements typically arrive the next working day
  • Document any damage on the carrier notes and contact us immediately

Before You Install

  • Ensure all flooring products are in perfect condition before use
  • Claims cannot be accepted once items have been installed
  • Keep surplus flooring for future repairs — matching batch codes may not be available later

Missed Delivery

  • If your delivery date is no longer suitable, please contact us before the scheduled date to rearrange
  • Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery charge
  • If your order arrives incomplete, contact the team immediately with the driver present for a swift resolution
  • No forklift or machinery is needed — drivers handle deliveries independently
