This is Parador Engineered Wood Flooring from their Parador Basic 11-5 range. It floats down using a click system, so no glue mess and fitting is quick. Underfloor heating works with it. You will need underlay beneath, and the warranty runs 15 years from installation.

Keep it simple. Sweep or vacuum when dust lands, and wipe spills quickly with a damp cloth. The matt lacquer keeps marks at bay better than high-gloss finishes do. Avoid leaving standing water on the wood, as engineered planks will swell if soaked.
