The natural oak grain sits under a matt lacquered finish that hides dust and feet marks, with a bevelled edge detail that adds subtle depth. Wide 185mm planks give you space and visual ease, whilst the rustic grade wood grain keeps things honest and unpretentious.

This Parador Engineered Wood Flooring works across living rooms, kitchens, dining spaces, bedrooms, hallways, offices and utility areas. The matt finish handles everyday life without showing every footprint. It sits on a multi-ply base with a 2.5mm wear layer, built tough enough for family homes and modest commercial use.

The Parador Basic 11-5 uses a floating click system. No glue, no mess, just lock the planks together and you’re done. Underfloor heating is supported, and you’ll need underlay underneath. Lay it over concrete, timber or existing flooring once you’ve prepared the subfloor.

Keep it simple. Vacuum or sweep regularly to lift dust. Wipe spills with a damp cloth, never soak the wood. Avoid excessive moisture in kitchens or bathrooms, though the matt lacquer gives you some protection against minor splashes. Parador backs this with a 15-year warranty on the structure and finish.
