Oak Rustical Natural Brushed & Oiled brings warmth and depth to any room. The rustic grade shows the grain and knots you’d find in real wood, whilst the brushed and oiled finish lets the character shine through. Each plank sits comfortably at 185mm wide, giving you the room to see the natural pattern without chopping up the effect. The bevelled edges add definition and catch the light.

This is Parador Engineered Wood Flooring that clicks together underfoot, making it straightforward to lay and pop back out if needed. The core is built from multi-ply, which keeps the planks stable and flat. It sits 13mm thick overall, with a 2.5mm wear layer that handles normal household wear and tear without fuss.

Where it works

This flooring suits bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, hallways, kitchens, offices and utility rooms. It takes underfloor heating well, so you can warm it from below if you need to. The oiled finish is water-resistant but not waterproof, so it’s fine for kitchens with normal spillage, though not for bathrooms or areas prone to pooling water.

Installation

The click system means no glue, no mess. Planks lock together and float above your subfloor. You’ll need underlay beneath it to even out minor lumps and provide some sound dampening. The flooring works with underfloor heating systems, which opens up options if you’re installing in a room that’s already set up for it.

Looking after it

Oiled wood needs a little care. Sweep and vacuum regularly to stop grit working into the grain. Wipe spills straight away with a damp cloth, never soak it. For deeper cleaning, use a wood-specific floor cleaner and a barely damp mop. The Parador Classic 3025 comes with a 25-year warranty, covering manufacturing faults and structural wear.
