Karndean Universal Adhesive 15 Litre (69M²)

A resin-free fibre-reinforced wet-bed high-temperature dispersion adhesive for use indoors. It’s perfect for bonding Designflooring products on most absorbent surfaces, as long as it’s level, absorbent and sound. It’s easy to apply, has good open time and “grab”, and reduces residual indentation for all round better results.

Material:

Polystyrene, polyacrylate dispersions, thickeners, wetting and defoaming agents, preservatives, fibres, mineral fillers and water.

Using the correct tools

When using our adhesives it is important to use an appropriate adhesive trowel or roller, along with the proper Karndean Designflooring adhesive.

Underfloor Heating

It is possible to install Karndean products over floors incorporating underfloor heating, but these must be insulated to ensure the surface temperature throughout the installation does not exceed 80°F. The heating must be switched off 48 hours before, during, and for 48 hours following the installation, then gradually increase to working temperature.
