This flooring uses a simple click system, so it floats over any level subfloor. You’ll need an underlay underneath to cushion it and help with any minor bumps. The Parador Classic 3025 range is compatible with underfloor heating systems, so you can warm the room without compromising the floor.
Looking after it
Matt lacquered oak needs little more than a vacuum and a damp cloth. Wipe up spills quickly to keep water out of the joints. Avoid puddles and steam, but everyday kitchen and bathroom use is fine. The 25-year guarantee backs the durability of your investment.
