How Returns Work

Start Return Request

Fill out our simple return form with your order details, we'll email you a return shipping form to attach to your package.

Package Your Item

Securely pack your items in original packaging if possible, attach the return shipping form and send to the address provided.

Ship

Send your package and track its progress online, once received we will process your return and refund within 3-5 business days.

Before You Request a Return

We are unable to process returns for discontinued products, perishable items or bespoke vinyl/carpet cuts, Accessories & Plywood.

Only the cost of goods will be refunded; delivery charges are non-refundable

Items must arrive at our warehouse in their original packaging, unopened and in resaleable condition. We recommend photographing items before return in the result of damages from your chosen shipping method

All returns must include a completed returns form that will be provided to you via email after you have submitted your return request

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage
