Polyflor Conceptline Maldon Oak 3185

Maldon Oak 3185 is a warm, natural oak-look floor that brings solid wood character to any room without the upkeep. The grain pattern stays true across each plank, creating a cohesive, understated look that suits both modern and traditional schemes.

This is Glue-Down LVT from the Polyflor LVT range. It locks down permanently once fitted, so there’s no movement underfoot and no gaps to trap dirt. The 0.3mm wear layer handles daily foot traffic well, with an R10 anti-slip rating for peace of mind on damp surfaces.

Why it works

Waterproof through and through, Maldon Oak shrugs off spills and splashes. Kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways all suit it. It’s tough enough for family homes and light office use too. Heavy rainfall, muddy boots, the lot. And because it’s not real wood, you don’t refinish it or fret over stains.

It even sits well over underfloor heating, so you can pair it with a warm home and no fuss.
