Where it works

Natural Brushed Oak suits kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, hallways, living spaces, utility rooms and offices. It’s equally at home in commercial applications. Being fully waterproof, it performs in wet areas without swelling or de-laminating, and it’s tough enough for busy family homes, muddy boots, and the lot.

Installation

This product uses the glue-down method and requires no separate underlay. It’s compatible with underfloor heating systems, so you can lay it over electric mats or warm-water pipes with confidence. Simply prepare a smooth, dry subfloor and apply flooring adhesive before laying.

Looking after it

Maintenance is straightforward. Wipe spills immediately and sweep or vacuum weekly to keep dust and grit at bay. Damp-mop with a vinyl-specific cleaner when needed. The wear layer resists stains and scuffing, so your floor keeps its looks for years. Polyflor Expona Commercial comes with a 10-year commercial warranty, giving you solid peace of mind across the lifespan of the floor.
