Quick-Step Muse Black Slate MUS5492

Black Slate MUS5492 brings the look of natural slate to your home without the cost, upkeep or cold underfoot. This laminate flooring features a tile effect with textured brushed surface, giving it depth and tactile appeal. The wide planks and bevelled edges add genuine character to any space.

It’s a smart choice for bathrooms and kitchens. Waterproof protection means splashes and spills won’t damage the floor, whilst the textured finish offers slip resistance underfoot. Dark slate tones suit contemporary schemes or warm up period spaces with subtle sophistication.

Where it works

Black Slate performs in bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms and wet areas where water resistance counts. It’s equally at home in living rooms, dining spaces, bedrooms, hallways and offices. The Quick-Step Muse laminate flooring range meets commercial standards (Class 23 and 32), so light commercial settings suit it too.

Looking after it

Maintenance is straightforward. Wipe up spills quickly and sweep or vacuum regularly to keep grit off the surface. A damp mop works well on sealed laminate; avoid soaking it. The textured finish hides dust and footprints naturally.

Black Slate MUS5492 comes with a lifetime domestic warranty and 5-year commercial guarantee. This is flooring built to last.
