How do I determine the amount of flooring I need for my space?

Determining the right amount of flooring for your space is a crucial step in any home improvement project. At Flooring King, we've got you covered with a simple guide to help you calculate the exact amount you need: Measure Your Space: Begin by measuring the length and width of the room. For irregularly shaped rooms, divide them into smaller, more manageable sections. Add Extra for Wastage: It's wise to account for wastage during installation. Depending on the complexity of your layout, add an extra 5-10% to your total square footage to accommodate cuts and unforeseen adjustments. Consider Pattern Matching: If your chosen flooring has a pattern or needs to be matched, consult with our experts at Flooring King to determine the extra amount required for a seamless look. Factor in Room Shape: Different room shapes may result in varying amounts of wastage. Take into consideration any alcoves, closets, or irregular corners that may affect your calculations. Consult with Flooring Experts: Our team at Flooring King is always ready to assist you. The nylon construction handles daily wear without fading. As part of the JHS Sprint Carpet Tiles range, it combines durability with cost-effectiveness. A 10-year commercial warranty covers normal office use.

Where it works

Suited to offices, commercial spaces and light-traffic commercial settings. The dark colour hides marks and dust. It pairs well with JHS Carpet Tiles for a consistent look across multiple areas.

Installation and underfloor heating

Tiles go down via glue-down method onto a clean, level subfloor. The product supports underfloor heating systems, so you can add warmth without replacing the tiles.

Aftercare and warranty

Regular vacuuming keeps it fresh. For spills, wipe promptly with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The 10-year commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects and wear under normal conditions.
