Gradus Latour 2 Carpet Tiles Staffin 00400

Gradus Latour 2 in Staffin 00400 brings a solid medium blue to busy commercial spaces. The plain loop pile sits at 5.5mm thick and takes foot traffic without fading its colour or losing its grip. It’s a straightforward choice for offices and commercial areas where durability and value matter more than pattern or fuss.

What’s in the pack

• 16 tiles per pack, each 500mm x 500mm
• Coverage of 4 square metres per pack
• 5.5mm pile height with 470g/m² pile weight
• Bitumen backing for stability
• Sound insulation rated at 22dB

The Gradus Latour 2 Carpet Tiles sit midway between budget and premium. Nylon fibres hold colour and wear evenly across high-traffic paths. The loop pile resists crushing and shows dirt less readily than a cut pile would, which keeps your space looking fresher between deep cleans.

Installation is straightforward. These tiles glue down to a firm, level subfloor. Unlike loose-lay options, a permanent bond means no movement or rippling, even in areas with heavy wheeled traffic or foot wear. If underfloor heating is part of your scheme, these tiles work with it without trouble.

Where they work best

Offices, meeting rooms, corridors, light industrial spaces and other commercial settings all suit these tiles. The plain design blends into most schemes or works as a neutral backdrop for bold wall colour or furniture. They’re not suitable for wet areas or where water pooling might occur.

Caring for them

Vacuum regularly to lift loose dirt. For marks or minor stains, a damp cloth and mild detergent do the job. Because they’re glued down, you can replace a single damaged tile without lifting the whole floor. Gradus carpet tiles carry a 10-year commercial warranty against wear and manufacturing fault, giving you solid peace of mind in a hardworking environment.
