Gradus Latour 2 Carpet Tiles Torridon 09143

Torridon 09143 is a solid black carpet tile that brings clean, professional lines to any commercial space. The plain loop pile in dark black suits offices, reception areas and busy corridors where a neutral backdrop matters. At 5.5mm thick with a heavy 470g/m² pile weight, it takes foot traffic and rolls without visible wear, making it ideal for high-footfall environments.

What you get

• 500mm x 500mm tiles, 16 per pack (4m² coverage)
• 5.5mm thickness, loop pile
• 470g/m² pile weight for durability
• Bitumen backing with glue-down installation
• Sound insulation rated 22dB
• Suitable for underfloor heating systems

The nylon construction handles spills without staining and cleans with a simple vacuum or light shampoo. Scuffs and dust sit visibly less on a dark pile, so cleaning intervals can stretch longer than lighter shades. The 10-year commercial warranty covers you if the tiles fail under normal use.

Fitting and care

Lay it glue-down on a level, dry subfloor. It works with underfloor heating, so you can add warmth without replacing the tiles. Vacuum regularly, spot-clean spills with a damp cloth, and shampoo when needed. The bitumen backing resists moisture on the underside, keeping the tile stable in temperature swings.
