Cottage Paving 2148 is a light brown tile-effect luxury vinyl that brings solid paving character to your home without the weight or cost of real stone. The warm neutral tone works in any room scheme, from country kitchens to contemporary bathrooms, and holds its look through years of traffic.

This is Polyflor Designatex Sheet Vinyl Flooring with a textile-backed cushioned layer underneath. The cushioned vinyl flooring absorbs underfoot impact and cuts noise by 17dB, so your home feels softer and quieter. The waterproof surface takes spills, splashes and wet feet in stride. It sits flat and stable on most subfloors without separate underlay, and it supports underfloor heating too.

“We used it to cover existing badly worn out marble floor in kitchen. We have a couple of elderly dogs, so big requirement was a) high anti-slip rating even when wet and b) easy to clean from wood stains. Both is does perfectly. It is also generously thick, so covers small imperfections in the floor without needing an underlayer. The pattern matches existing marble floor almost perfectly and because the pattern repeat is huge 1.5x2 meters, it is imperceptible. It does look like a real stone.”
