Vanguard Sumptuous Gull Grey

Vanguard Sumptuous in Gull Grey is a medium-tone saxony carpet that brings calm, neutral warmth to any room. The 13.5mm pile sits soft underfoot whilst the dense 2460g/m² weight keeps it looking fresh and holding its shape through daily use. This is grey carpet that works with almost any décor, from contemporary to traditional schemes.

The real standout is the bleach cleanable finish. Spills happen. Muddy paws, wine, pet accidents, the lot. With Gull Grey, you can tackle stains with confidence using standard household bleach, which cuts through marks that would worry you on other carpets. Where It Works

Gull Grey suits bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, halls, landings and stairs. The Use Classification 22 means it handles domestic footfall well and won’t show wear quickly in everyday settings. Underlay is required to protect the carpet and improve comfort, and the carpet is compatible with underfloor heating if you have it installed.

Installation and Underlay

Vanguard Sumptuous is fitted using traditional gripper method, which gives solid, long-lasting results. You’ll need suitable underlay beneath it. If you have underfloor heating, this carpet sits over it without issue.

Looking After It

Regular vacuuming keeps the pile upright and fresh. For spills and marks, hot water and mild detergent work well. The bleach cleanable feature means you can use diluted bleach for stubborn stains if needed, making it ideal for households with children or pets. Vanguard backs this carpet with a 7-year warranty, giving you reassurance on your investment.
