Vanguard Emperor Sandstone

Vanguard Emperor in Sandstone is a medium beige twist pile carpet that brings softness underfoot without fuss. The plain weave sits at 10mm high, with a dense pile weight of 2060g/m2 that feels substantial and wears well. This is polypropylene carpet made to handle life, not hide from it.

The real strength here is practical cleaning. Bleach cleanable carpets mean you can tackle tough stains and spills head-on rather than tip-toeing around marks. Stain resistance is built into the pile, so everyday accidents don’t become permanent reminders. Sandstone beige works as a neutral base in most schemes, from contemporary to traditional rooms.

Polypropylene carpets offer durability at a price point that makes sense, and this one is rated for domestic use (classification 23), making it suited to bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, hallways and stairs. The secondary backing gives it stability underfoot.

Installation and care

Fitted via gripper rails, so professional fitting is recommended. Underlay is required to protect the backing and extend the life of the carpet. The good news: this carpet works with underfloor heating, so you can warm the room without damaging the pile.

Maintenance is straightforward. Regular vacuum keeps it fresh, and spills wipe clean. The bleach-cleanable nature means you’re not restricted to gentle solutions when stains need real treatment.

Guarantee
