The flooring is extremely tough, resistant to water and sunlight, and given a wear class of AC4, making it able to withstand heavy use in both residential and commercial settings.
The installation process is a snap, thanks to its reliable click system. After installation, cleaning and maintaining the floor is as straightforward as using a mop or gentle vacuum, while its water-resistant nature can withstand common spills and splashes. It comes with 18dB sound insulation, keeping your spaces quiet and peaceful. For those cooler days, the IM3106 is also compatible with underfloor heating systems. A lifetime warranty for residential use and a 5-year commercial warranty comes with the flooring, ensuring its quality and durability. For best results, use with Quick-Step Underlay to optimise the feel and long-term performance of the floor. The Laminate Flooring is your ticket to a more inviting home or work setting.
To qualify for your 10 year water warranty with this product you must seal the perimeter (including all doorways, expansions, radiator pipes) with Quick-Step Hydrokit. This floor is not suitable for wet rooms.
