Where it works

These are built for offices, retail spaces and other commercial settings where Classification 33 performance matters. The light beige plays well in corporate interiors, especially where you want to open up a space. Sound insulation of 25dB helps soften footsteps in busy corridors and open plan floors. Carpet Tiles for Offices need to handle regular movement, and Dahlia Cut Willow takes it in stride.

Installation

Lay them as carpet tiles on any commercial subfloor. The bitumen backing and modular format mean you can fit, lift and replace individual tiles as needed. They work with underfloor heating systems, so no compromise if your building uses radiant warmth.

Looking after it

Routine vacuum and spot cleaning keep them fresh. The nylon pile resists soiling and heavy wear. You get a 10-year commercial warranty, giving you the confidence that these tiles will hold up through a decade of office life. The Floor Hub carpet tiles are engineered for this kind of use.
