This is a carpet tile, so you lay it in a pattern across the floor. Each tile measures 500mm by 500mm, making it straightforward to fit around obstacles and swap damaged sections later. The pile sits 2mm thick, backed with bitumen for stability. A 20-tile pack covers 5 square metres.

Looking after it

Vacuum regularly to keep the pile upright and cut dust. Spot-clean spills with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
