Forbo Tessera Create Space 1 Jadeite 1823

Forbo Tessera Create Space 1 – Jadeite 1823 brings a mid-tone green to offices, breakout spaces and commercial settings where you need both style and function. The loop pile construction keeps sound down and wears well underfoot. At 500g per square metre with a 5.5mm pile, these tiles take the daily footfall and chair traffic without losing their looks.

Each tile measures 500mm square and comes in packs of 20, covering 5 square metres. The polyamide pile sits dense and level. Loop construction means no loose fibres and a neat, uniform surface across the floor. Pile weight of 500g per square metre gives you enough substance to handle busy areas.

Sound and performance

Tessera Create Space 1 delivers 25dB of sound insulation, a real benefit in open-plan offices where you need to cut background noise. Castor chair approved, so they hold up to office furniture rolled across them day after day. The Jadeite 1823 colour works in contemporary schemes where you want green without drama.

Installation and maintenance

Glue down installation means you lay tiles directly to a prepared subfloor. No clicks, no underlay puzzles. The floor sits flat and stable. Day-to-day care is straightforward, vacuuming to lift dust and spot-clean marks as they appear. These tiles are not waterproof, so kitchens and wet rooms need a different product.

Forbo backs the tiles with a 10-year commercial warranty, giving you confidence in a floor built for the long term in spaces that see real use.
