Lovely flooring!

I ordered some sample flooring which was beautiful and a decent size, so able to get a good idea what it would look like in my room. Delivery was also very fast! Would recommend.

Tessera carpet tiles are designed for commercial spaces where pattern and durability matter. Every tile in this range is made from polyamide, sits 5.5mm thick, and measures 500mm square. They glue down to your sub-floor and handle foot traffic and wheeled chairs without flinching, backed by a full 10-year warranty.

The Tessera Create Space 1 collection gives you pattern in grey, black, brown, green, blue and beige. Mix and match or lay one tone across the room. The patterned face absorbs sound, delivering 25dB insulation for a quieter, calmer space.

Right for commercial spaces

Tessera tiles suit offices, corridors, reception areas and any commercial setting where you need a floor that takes wear and keeps its look. Castor chairs roll over them without damage, and the pattern hides foot marks better than a plain weave would. Each tile is independent, so you can replace one without re-laying the whole room.

Choosing your colour and pattern

Grey tones dominate the range, ideal for neutral, professional settings. Black offers a bolder edge. Brown, green and blue tiles let you add accent colours or create a layered look. Beige rounds out the palette for warmer, softer schemes. The pattern sits across every colour, adding visual interest without fuss.

Fitting and care

Glue down means a permanent fix. Once laid, the tiles stay put, even under heavy trolley and chair use. You’ll need a qualified fitter to apply the adhesive and level the sub-floor. The polyamide face wipes clean with a damp mop and picks up vacuuming well. They are not waterproof, so avoid wet areas and spillage.

Forbo Carpet Tiles opens up other choices if you’re weighing Tessera against other commercial ranges. Our team can order free samples of any colour or pattern so you can see them in your space and under your own lights.
